Murilo ‘Ninja’ Rua, Brother Of UFC’s Shogun Rua, Retires From MMA

Murilo “Ninja” Rua has decided that 13 years of fighting is enough, announcing his retirement recently. Rua competed for PRIDE, EliteXC, Strikeforce, DREAM and other promotions during his career, amassing a record of 20-13-1. He has lost his last three fights since 2010, and announced his retirement twice previously. Guys, I am officially announcing my retirement definitive MMA. Thanks to the fans, media and fighters all my friends who supported me today. I will take great memories of this sport that I love. Ninja is the brother of former UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua. He added that he plans to hold seminars about MMA in his community.
